The First National Hazardous Chemical Rescue Technology Competition

In 2015, the State Administration of Work Safety held the first national hazardous chemical rescue technology competition, and M1 plant active flame retardant fire extinguishing agent was selected as the fire extinguishing agent, winning high honors. In just 98 seconds, it extinguished the soaring flames in a 5000 cubic meter oil storage tank with thick smoke rolling to several tens of meters high, and no longer reignited after extinguishing, making it the world's first.

At the competition site, a 5000 cubic meter oil storage tank instantly caught fire, with flames dozens of meters high soaring into the sky and fiercely burning. A huge black mushroom cloud rolled over the water, and after 7 minutes of burning, it was fully ignited. The center temperature reached 1800 ℃. At this time, the high-pressure fire truck immediately drove to the fire area and quickly and effectively extinguished the fire in an orderly manner. The fire was successfully extinguished in just 98 seconds.
